Claude Code 2.1.215: /verify and /code-review Are No Longer Automatic — What Every Operator Pipeline Must Change
Version 2.1.215 removes the automatic execution of /verify and /code-review skills. Teams running CI pipelines or background agents that relied on passive quality gates must now invoke these explicitly or the gates silently vanish.
